Carol A. Ammon Case Competition
The Carol A. Ammon Case Competition is made possible by the generous support of Endo Pharmaceuticals and named for the company's founder, Carol A. Ammon. The competition is offered to enhance students' analytical and presentation skills, expand students’ business vocabulary and expose them to a vital audience of regional corporate leaders. Graduate students work in teams and use public data surrounding a particular focal company and present recommendations to judges and stakeholders. Team presentations are judged in two rounds. The preliminary round is judged by alumni and friends of the UD MBA program. Judges for the final round will include leaders of several regional firms.
The 2015 Carol A. Ammon Case Competition will be held on Friday, March 20th at the Lerner College of Business and Economics. This year’s case is a closely-guarded secret until the Event Kickoff on Friday, February 27th. Friday events on March 6th and 13th will provide industry information and structure to student teams preparing for Competition Day.
If you are a University of Delaware MBA alum or have a graduate business degree from the Lerner College, and wish to be considered as a volunteer judge, please contact Amy Estey Becker at email@example.com.
